OLE NASHA: SERA YA KUWALINDA WABUNIFU YAJA


SERIKALI imesema iko katika hatua za mwisho kukamilisha Sera ya Sayansi, Teknolojia na Ubunifu ambayo itatoa mwongozo wa namna ya utekelezaji wa masuala ya ubunifu na kuwatambua wabunifu kwa ajili ya maendeleo ya nchi.

Kauli hiyo imetolewa na Naibu Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi na Teknolojia, Mh. William Ole Nasha jijini Dar es Salaam wakati wa ufunguzi wa Wiki ya Ubunifu iliyoandaliwa na Mfuko wa Ubunifu kwa Maendeleo ya Watu (HDIF) kwa kushirikiana na Tume ya Sayansi na Teknolojia (COSTECH).

 
Naibu Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi na Teknolojia Mh. William Ole Nasha akizungumza na wabunifu (hawapo pichani) katika ufunguzi wa maonesho ya Wiki ya Ubunifu yanayofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam.
Ole Nasha amesema, serikali ya Awamu ya Tano imeweka kipaumbele katika teknolojia ili kuongeza chachu ya maendeleo na ipo tayari kufadhili bunifu mbalimbali zitakazochangia maendeleo ya uchumi wa Viwanda ifikapo 2025.

Naibu Waziri Ole Nasha amewataka waandaji wa maonesho hayo kuyapeleka katika maeneo ya wazi na rahisi kufikika ili wananchi wengi wapate fursa ya kujionea bunifu hizo.

"Wabunifu wengi ni wale wanaokumbana na changamoto za kila siku na kujaribu kuangalia namna ya kuzitatua hivyo wakati mwingine mtakapoandaa wiki ya ubunifu muhakikishe kwamba mnaweka katika maeneo ya wazi kwa ajili ya kuwakutanisha wabunifu wengi na wananchi ili waweze kujua kinachofanyika," ameeleza.

Baadhi ya wabunifu wakifuatilia hotuba ya Naibu Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi na Teknolojia Mh. William Ole Nasha (hayupo pichani) wakati wa ufunguzi wa maonesho ya Wiki ya Ubunifu yanayofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam.
Aidha Ole Nasha amewaasa wabunifu kufanya bunifu zitakazoendana na changamoto za maisha zilizopo nchini na siyo kufanya bunifu za kujifurahisha sababu wanaweza kukosa soko.

Naye, Kiongozi Mkuu wa Mfuko (HDIF), David McGinty amesema wadau wa maendeleo nchini, wamekuwa wakichangia Tanzania kupanda viwango vya kimataifa vya ubunifu kwani mpaka wanafunzi wa vyuo na sekondari wanahamasishwa kutumia teknolojia kwa ajili ya kujifunzia.

Wiki ya Ubunifu inatekelezwa na Mfuko wa Ubunifu kwa Maendeleo ya Watu (HDIF) kwa kushirikiana na Tume ya Sayansi na Teknolojia (COSTECH) pamoja na wadau wengine.

Naibu Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi na Teknolojia Mh. William Ole Nasha na Naibu Katibu Mkuu Prof. James Mdoe wakiwa katika picha ya pamoja na baadhi ya wadau wa ubunifu.

Call for Application
The General Public is hereby informed that, the Global IT Technology Program (ITTP) at KAIST, sponsored by Ministry of Science and ICT of Korea and The African Development Bank, offers Masters and PhD Programmes for government officials, academicians, researchers or experts in Public Institutions in IT fields. Selected applicants will receive scholarships up to 2 years for Master`s, and up to 3 years for PhD studies.

Mode of Application
All interested candidates should apply through an online application found in the following link: https://apply.kaist.ac.kr/intergradapply. Furthermore, the application system will be active from 10:00 am, March 19th, 2019 to 5:00 pm, April 9th, 2019.

KAIST scholarship recipients are generally exempted from paying tuition fees. A monthly allowance of KRW 350,000 for Master’s course students and KRW 400,000 for Doctoral degree course students and the National Health Insurance fees are supported by the recipient’s advisor/department.

1.0 Introduction

The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology as a Nominating Agent in the Country for the New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships is Inviting applications from qualified Tanzanians for the post graduate studies tenable in New Zealand for the academic year 2019.

2.0 Qualifications

(i)             Applicants must be citizens of Tanzania;
      (ii)          Applicants should apply to an institution in New Zealand;
      (iii)         Applicants should not be serving in a military;
      (iv)         Applicant should NOT be older than 39 years during application;
      (v)            English Language Requirement: Applicant will be required to   
                provide evidence of proficiency in English.


3.0 Area of specialization:
All applicants should align their specializations to the following sector:-

KAMATI YA BUNGE YAHITIMISHA ZIARA YA KUKAGUA MIRADI ILIYO CHINI YA WIZARA YA ELIMU


Kamati ya Bunge ya Kudumu ya Huduma na Maendeleo ya Jamii imekamilisha ziara ya kukagua utekelezaji wa Miradi mitatu mikubwa inayogharimiwa na Serikali kupitia bajeti ya Mwaka 2018/19 katika baadhi ya Vyuo vilivyo chini ya Wizara ya Elimu , Sayansi na Teknolojia na kuridhishwa na utekelezaji wa Miradi hiyo.

Kamati hiyo imetembelea Chuo Kikuu kishiriki cha Elimu (DUCE) katika mradi wa upanuzi na ukarabati wa jengo la Utawala ambalo linagharimu shilingi  Bilioni 3.2 ambapo kazi hiyo inaendelea na litakapo kamilika litaongeza nafasi kwa ajili ya ofisi za watumishi na vyumba vya mikutano.

 Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi na Teknolojia Prof. Joyce Ndalichako akizungumza na wajumbe wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Huduma na Maendeleo ya Jamii (Hawapo Pichani) walipofanya ziara katika Chuo cha Kumbukumbu ya Mwalimu Nyerere kukagua mradi wa upanuzi na ukarabati wa Chuo hicho.

Aidha kamati imetembelea mradi wa upanuzi wa vyumba vya mihadhara
katika Chuo Kikuu Ardhi kazi ambayo imekamilika kwa hatua ya kwanza na
itagharimu shilingi  Bilioni 2.5 hadi kukamilika kwake.

Kamati imekamilisha ziara yake katika Chuo Cha Kumbukumbu ya Mwalimu Nyerere, ambapo Wajumbe watembelea Jengo la jipya la Mihadhara linalojengwa kwa mapato ya ndani ya Chuo hicho, ambalo linauwezo wa kuchukua wanafunzi zaidi ya 300 kwa wakati mmoja.  Aidha kamati imepongeza wizara na uongozi wa Chuo kwa kazi nzuri na kubwa iliyofanyika katika kusimamia ujenzi huo. Jengo hilo limekamilika kwa asilimia 95.

Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi na Teknolojia Prof. Joyce Ndalichako na Naibu Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi na Teknolojia Wiliam Ole Nasha akijadiliana jambo katika kikao na wajumbe wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Huduma na Maendeleo ya Jamii (Hawapo Pichani) walipofanya ziara katika Chuo cha Kumbukumbu ya Mwalimu Nyerere kukagua mradi wa upanuzi na ukarabati wa Chuo hicho.


 Aidha  Waziri wa Elimu Sayansi na Teknolojia Mh. Prof. Joyce Ndalichako amepongeza uongozi wa Chuo kwa kusimamia vema matumizi ya fedha za zinazotokana na Mapato ya ndani na kutumika kwa kutekeleza miradi yenye tija  kwa Chuo. Ametumia nafasi hiyo kumpongeza Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania, Mh Dkt. John Pombe Magufuli kwa kusimamia suala la kubana matumizi na kuelekeza fedha katika kazi zenye faida kwa jamii kama ilivyo kwa Chuo Cha Kumbukumbu ya Mwalimu Nyerere.

 Mwenyekiti wa  Bodi ya Chuo cha Kumbukumbu ya Mwalimu Nyerere Stephen Wasira akitoa maelezo kwa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Huduma na Maendeleo ya Jamii (Hawapo Pichani) walipofanya ziara katika Chuo cha Kumbukumbu ya Mwalimu Nyerere kukagua mradi wa upanuzi na ukarabati wa Chuo hicho


Katika majumuisho ya ziara hiyo, Kaimu Mwenyekiti wa Kamati ya Kudumuya Bunge ya Huduma na Maendeleo ya Jamii  Mh. Oscar Mukasa(Mb) ameipongeza wizara na taasisi zilizotembelewa kwa kusimamia utekelezaji wa miradi na kushauri taasisi hizo kujikita katika kusimamia Dira na dhima za uanzishwaji wake. Kamati pia imeshauri Serikali kupitia Wizara kuhahakisha inatoa fedha za miradi kwa wakati kulingana na bajeti. 


Naibu Waziri wa Elimu, Sayansi na Teknolojia William Ole Nasha akiongoza wajumbe wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Huduma na Maendeleo ya Jamii wakati wa kukagua maendeleo ya ujenzi wa ukumbi wa kisasa wa Mihadhara unaojengwa kwa mapato ya ndani ya Chuo cha Kumbukumbu ya Mwalimu Nyerere.
